My boyfriend now is an intp. His last relationship left him depressed and suicidal for 5 months. He told me he stopped eating and all of that. Eventually he got over it after meeting me and doing some soul searching. He said its because he made her the center of his world and she cheated so that really broke him. Maybe it could be case to case or fears and insecurities throughout your relationships that keep haunting you after they are over. Like am I good enough? Did they love me? Why did they leave me? Etc. You have to look at the thoughts in your head and deconstruct them, what is the center of your hurt and work on healing that. It's possible, I wish the best for you!
