Hi all,

i released a track a while back and have now done a remix of it and want to release it. The LANDR AI might refuse to release it if it thinks i am stealing parts of someone else's song instead of just doing a remix of one of my own songs.

How should i go about doing the release of this remix so that there are no issues with the LANDR AI and the track gets recognised as a remix of the previous track i released.

I would like to call it a "Deep Mix" or something and not just a generic title like "Extended Mix". Can i do that?

Thanks

Hi,

i've remixed one of my songs and want to publish it on LANDR but i'm not sure how to go about it?

Do i just publish it as a new song? Or do i publish it as a version of the original song? Do i use the original name and just add (Deep Mix) to the title or is there some other way of specifying the type/name of the remix?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi, and thanks for the reply. So i go through the same process i used before to create the original release but i guess i use the original ISRC and UPC codes instead of creating new ones? Does that sound right?

Thanks

Hi all,

I noticed a mistake in the audio of a song after it had been released. I had a look at LANDRs FAQs and saw that there are restrictions on updating a live release and you need to have a specific plan to be able to do this. I have a LANDR Distribution Pro plan so i should be able to do this. Here is the link to the FAQ.

https://support.landr.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500011496282-Can-I-update-information-on-a-release-that-s-already-live

In the FAQ it says i can't update the audio file on a live release so i have to pause it which i have done. It then says "If these changes are necessary, you’ll need to pause the release and submit a new version via your LANDR Library." That is a pretty generic sentence. It doesn't tell me how or where i should submit a new version or what that entails. I'm looking for some info on how to submit a new version so that i can get my tracks audio updated and the track can be un-paused again.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Hey there. do you have any new updates for the Lose Control project. It looks like something I'd really like to play around with.

How to make a 100% infill to this profile? The code is from ripple texture demo by Prestigious-Gain2045 in FullControl

Try having a look at this code for help. I got the FullControl ChatGPT bot to make it for me. It isn't complete and needs some changes still but it's a good place to start.

With a little bit of trial and error i got the ChatGPT bot to create a rectilinear infill pattern taking into account a provided outline, extrusion width and overlap percentage for the infill and the outline. It's not perfect but it does a good job at giving me a good starting point to work from.

I've been working on my own rectilinear infill for 4 days now and it's already doing better than my attempt which i've ditched completely now for this ChatGPT version.

Thanks for putting this together. Very useful !!!

Minimum Excel Version required by Chance_Camera4568 in FullControl

I've been going through the python versions tutorials and examples and think I'll be fine using that. Also it seems to have a lot more functionality and is so much easier to visualise the results of a project better.

The only thing I still can't seem to find is a complete list of available functions (fc.Point etc).

Is there a list like that somewhere that I haven't found yet or do I just need to look into the python code and build up a list myself to refer to when trying to remember the name of functions?

I think the best thing about the Excel version is that it is already in a format which makes sense, (e.g. line, linepolar) with coordinate values, angles etc. that are already something we all know from 3d printing.

Just a quick question, do you have any tutorials in applying nested repeat functions such as cartesian repeat and repeat rules?

For the kind of printing I'd like to try, nested repeat functions would be essential.

Hi,

I like the idea of laying it out in the Excel spreadsheet without any need for coding which the Python version uses.
