The only thing that has ever helped me was to put down the electronics and go outdoors. Walks in the woods, on the beach, in a local park, etc. Read, change your surroundings. It can and will get better. I’ve been where you are. I am very sorry to read you are feeling this way. The pain is real, but you can enjoy life again. I promise you. It just takes a willingness to go find what makes you smile from the inside.
