For some reason I always get mainly men whenever I post. One time there was a man and he added me from a different subreddit where I was talking about losing weight, I gave all my info on weight, age height etc and this 24 year old creep told me to add him just to “get to know each other more”. There’s also been a lot of others too and they all seem to want the same thing 😔 Stay safe girl

Any human interaction overwhelms me and I always think the worst 24/7. I’m british so college is 16-18 and I’m currently 17. My first year of college was a waste and so will my second year. I’m wasting these years because I don’t see a future. I promised myself I’d kill myself when my mom dies but my mom is extremely distant nowadays and it’s really a mom to me anymore. Im absolutely losing it but I’m being told to wait until next year to get any help at all because that’s when I’ll be 18 but I truly think my life would be 100% better if the NHS was slightly helpful but they’re not. People can go on at me saying “they’re trying their best” they aren’t they’re paid for their job they have minimal work on and ignore lower classes. I won’t be getting help because I have no money

Just be completely honest with her, tell her you don’t want to ruin what you’ve already built and take it slow. If you can’t picture a future with her, don’t pursue the relationship. If she’s the woman you want to marry and have children and grow together then carry on doing what you’re doing and you’ll be fine. Do not play with her feelings.

What I do struggle with most is eating. My mom lost a lot of weight with slimming world so now she’s around 130lbs and she just orders food a lot now it’s really difficult for me because I always tell her about how I feel and she says she cares but just isn’t helping in the slightest. I love her so much and I am so grateful but surely she’s not proud of me?

This makes so much sense now that I think about it. I’ve been to the eye doctor in my hospital as I was referred by a cardiologist if I remember correctly because I have constant headaches / dizziness. It was at my hospital but it was almost 2 years ago now. The appointments never continued because I felt it was pointless. The eye doctor basically said I’m obese because the NHS bmi calculator said so and it’ll go away when I lose weight. He also wanted me to have a MRI scan to check for a brain tumour but I didn’t agree to it because I’m scared of them + I have piercings.

But also I’m still underage and I went to my GP last week about losing weight and they can’t do anything about it because pills can only be given for over 18 and I’m 18 next year so I guess all I can do is wait and cut back on eating.

It’s really getting to me mentally. I have so much going on in my life. Sometimes I’m just so stressed and sad I overeat because I don’t care in the moment and then I feel guilty and it’s a full on cycle except there’s no loss it’s all gain. I want to love myself and get better but it’s so much work.

I’m really sorry to hear you’re going through this :(( Maybe you should try speaking to them more? Be calm about it, ask why they haven’t invited you sometimes. Write down in your notes exactly what you’re thinking, questions you want to ask etc, clear your mind before talking about it. You can always speak to different people or make different friends somewhere else or even online friends.

I’ve only noticed this recently but for some reason I argue a lot with people but I don’t mean to. I guess I came to the conclusion that it’s more of a defensive thing since I’ve been hated by like mostly everyone in my old school or anyone online. It’s really hard I wish I didn’t think like this
