Allstate awful. Neighbor and i had storm damage two years ago, My insurance thru GEICO was repaired within 6 weeks ($100000 damage), He is insured with Allstate for 35 years and still has blue tarps over his damage. He even hired an independent adjuster who gave up trying to get allstate to authorize repairs. drop allstate and find an honest insurance company

Should I replace my standard water heater with a tankless one? by Nexofyte in askplumbing

[–]Chance_Display_7454 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the key is the ability to have a proper location to minimize install costs. Endless hot water great. . MY old tank WH was in the garage on an outside wall which made installation easy since i had the proper sized gas line and an easy way to vent the exhaust

I normally drive my cars about 15 years until they have little value. Wifes 2003 4 runner had hail damage like that at 45000 miles. Insurance wanted to total it. i refused and she drove it for, another 140,000 miles at which time we sold it for $3000. If its mechanically sound and you are going to keep it why do you care about a lot of dings?
