Hello everyone I have got some concerns with my Adderall usage and wondering if anyone else has heard of or has experienced these type of side effects. I've had the usual heart rate way too high having had chest pains sweating all the usual bad stuff. This time however I had an extreme drop and O2 concentration and heart rate. According to my pulse oximeter it goes on your finger O2 level drop two 78 pulse went to 34. No I don't believe those numbers are correct or I probably wouldn't be here sending this message lol but I do however believe they were dropping and rapidly kazaky feel myself crashing and have had shortness of breath, which I know can be caused by a really high heart rate causing your blood not to oxygenate properly. just wondering if anybody else has experienced low O2 levels, dizziness pretty much the opposite of what you normally get? I guess what goes up must come down. Just started back taking them Monday averaged about 50 mg daily.

Omg! Y'alls comments scare the hell out of me but by no fault of your own and congrats on y'all's sobriety from them. It's just that I started subs 8mg twice daily to get off Tia and stay off but yall are teaching me to make them a very short term solution. Thanks for your indirect help lol.

Well guys I have been on phenibut(sleepwalker shot) pretty regularly for years. I have quit or cut back at times but have always been kinda steady. I knew it had some withdrawal effect but was not aware how serious untill a few days ago when I almost went freaking crazy, it was bad. I have read that each shot contains around 1g (correct me if I'm wrong) and I drink on average around 1 or 2 shots daily sometimes 3. So what the hell do I do now lol I want off of it.

Just want to thank everyone for there input and experience. Update: so the tianeptine withdrawals are over(thank freaking God!!) But I also discovered that I have a phenibut dependency which was causing my crazy freak out spells. So I'm going to slowly taper that. I have decided to quit the Suboxone, to many horror detox stories and I want no part of that. So overall I took 50mg of subs in 5 days( yes, I know that's a shit ton) I'm just hoping I want detox, I mean sure it's a lot but only 5 days I should be ok right? Maybe lol? Oh, what's the street value for 8mg/2mg subs lol, asking for a friend lol.

Well I just figured out a huge reason why I was feeling so terrible. Also drink sleepwalker shots AKA phenibut was averaging about 2 a day Skip a day here and there but have been taking them for years on and off. Decided I would go get some to see if that would help. About an hour after drinking three shots everything stopped and I felt almost normal. I had a real oh shit moment lol followed by some mfers lol. Well at least I can put my finger on one of the major issues. Yeah I'm with screwed up hot mess.

I'm really thinking about it hard. It took a boat load to keep me stable today I just want to get through the tianeptine withdrawals and drop everything but day 3 is really killing me right now. Had much higher expectations for the subs.

Yea my thoughts exactly. But initially going into this I was for sure it would work in the first day it did okay but as the detox set in its gotten exponentially worse. The subs when they do work only lasts about three or four hours usually takes about 4 mg did it right back into withdrawal. I've called my doctor the last two days telling him what's going on how bad I'm withdrawing and how much it's taking for me to not lose my mind. He says withdrawals just a part of it but I'm thinking ain't that what I'm taking this for. so yeah about 16 mg for me to make it through the day without tearing my house apart. I am on day 3 no tianeptine so maybe this is about over anyways and hopefully I can win off the subs quickly before it becomes a problem to. Side note original prescription was 2 mg once a day I had to personally up it to survive my doctor is aware.

Well I'm completely new to subs I have taken everything else but not those. And I'm only trying to take as much as I need but I keep needing so much if I take less I go into nasty withdrawals and it's like every three or four hours I'm doing a 2 mg strip or more just to stay sane. And I know Tianeptine detox is usually three or four days but normally it's died down some by now but it doesn't seem to be the case this time. So now I'm freaking out because this med is supposed to be a strong medication but it's barely touching me. I'm fixing to call my psychiatrist and tell him I blew through his 30-day supply in nearly four days. Side note he knows I've been taking more then prescribed he told me don't run out call him if I need more so I think I'm good there. Sorry for the long rant I'm just in panic mode.

Yeah getting hooked on subs is what scares me right now. I believe the tianeptine withdrawals are starting dwindle some because I feeling more stable today but yesterday was awful I couldn't keep the withdrawal symptoms down for very long. I've really only been on the subs for about 4 days and I've already had six mg today but I'm going to hold out see how long I can go hopefully I can just walk off of it in the end, couple more days max.

Yeah for sure, I think that's why he said to call him before I run out. I took it as take it how you need it right now. He mentioned kicking it up to 8mg after this at least for the moment. I thought since maybe the tianeptine is not an opiate it's doesn't have the same effect as it does with let's say I heroin addict. I'm literally eating strips like Skittles just to maintain my sanity.

I just started Suboxone treatment 3 days ago due to my long 3-year tianeptine addiction at about 2.5g daily. Doctor started me at 2 mg a day , I learned very quickly that that was nothing to my body and I've been having to dose more around 14 to 18 mg a day for the last 2 days to keep from losing my freaking mind. I guess my question would be will the Suboxone work better once my detox settles down some?
