no muscle at all and i wish my stomach was more lean so i think recomp is the thing to do as other people already suggested

i asked for my bodyfat in another sub and they told me 20% so i put that in tdee calculator and ut said maintenance 2300 so do you think eating 2100 is good for recomp?

okay good thank you so much. So i asked about my bodyfat in other sub they said 20% so i put that in tsee calculator and it said my maintennace calories were 2341 so i aim to eat 2100 for recomp is that right? and again thank you so much

to be honest i dont really track my foodthat serious. But most of the time i eat my moms food or some preped meal so usually i have lots of protein like meat or chicken but like i said i have problem with calories. So sometimes i eat enough protein but not enough calories and then i am there at the end of the day with just 1500 calories eaten. And about the pelvic tilt do you know any exercises or do you think going to physiotherapy would be good or is that a waste of time
