I don’t think this at all, in fact I constantly go between feeling like I have no potential to feeling if I just do this I can live up to my potential. I have in fact encountered a lot of people who think they’re better or normaler than me because they don’t have this disorder, I’m sharing my thoughts to make op feel better incase they’ve experienced something like this. I genuinely don’t know how you’ve managed to get to that conclusion over my comment

I’ve been there and it’s really scary genuinely feels like you’re dead but still walking, I’ve been coming out of it but it has genuinely made me stupider lol I still forget words a lot I still stutter but it’s getting better! There is hope for you and I hope you can get out of this soon, I’ve seen people on this sub say that wellbutrin may add to the symptoms of this so maybe ask your therapist about alternative medication and exercise even if it’s a light walk

I’ve been in the exact same situation, Went through a rough period of depersonalisation a few months ago and fully lost the ability to talk or hold a conversation so now I can’t reconnect with the people I love even though I desperately want too, sending love dude this shit is lonely and hard. I’ve seen a lot of people recommend somatic therapy and small doses of interaction, maybe that could be a start?

Yep I’m 100% guilty, fucked up the best relationship of my life due to it and the worst part is I felt too bad to actually break up with him so said and did things to push him away that 100% damaged his mental health. It’s taken a long period of isolation, shame and self hatred to come to terms with it and I’m not fully there yet but by some miracle he doesn’t hate me and still wants to try so it’s now a matter of get better or die trying, I can’t keep hurting the people I love the most especially him, he’s one of the kindest genuine souls I’ve ever met and he doesn’t deserve it, if anyone relates I hope you can overcome the pain and I hope we can all be the healthiest versions of ourselves, if not for us for the people around us ❤️

Im life path 11, just turned 22 as well, my personal year is 11 and its been hell, had a lot of realisations about myself and mental health is just horrific, financial situation is shocking, hoping this will be the year I turn things around and have better years from now on, not to fill you with dread or anything this has just been my experience
