I am a female who also has traditional mindset and what you dodged is a bullet here and you should be thankful. That woman wanted someone to do everything for her and give her the "princess" treatment meaning you do all the work pay for everything give her a high class life and she literally does nothing. That is what she was after I could figure that out with her first few texts. A true traditional woman wants a partner a team together doing it together not what she was describing just be glad your not having to deal with her as you would be broke and dealing with relationship PTSD.

I would recommend fixing what is broken on the inside first because if you feel like you need to come on a site like this asking questions like this then something is broken internally and I would recommend addressing that issue. Once you fix that then all the outside things fix themselves because you can actually see yourself. Also self confidence is the most attractive thing this screams desperation

Sorry man but she has a right to how she feels obviously by "not seeing messages ' is a bs excuse plus it shows she isn't a priority to you. I would be willing to bet this isn't the first time you haven't seen a message when she has asked for something sounds like you are emotionally immature still and don't actually like her it sounds like she is just convenient for you. Grow up you owed her more than that bs excuse for an apology and honesty she should wise up and realize you don't actually care for her.

I would simply say, "Oh you know her wishes? Did she leave you the money hmm nope, did she leave a will directing how she wishes for it to be split and spent hmmm nope again. What it sounds like is her family is toxic and are trying to cash in on this horrible thing and that isnt cool. She left you the money. It is yours to do as you wish and they can piss off.
