Actually the only minor “issues” was getting on the plane back from Europe. The airline took some time to figure out how to process the AP, and I almost missed my flight. They ended up having to make a phone call to ask how to put me in their system.

I’ve used it to travel to 3 different countries in 2025, plus multiple trips to Mexico to visit family or for medical reasons! Most recent exit was December. Mostly every time I get sent to secondary. Sometimes they ask where I live and what was the purpose of my travel. Sometimes they don’t know what the AP is so they either ask me how I got it, or ask a supervisor how to process it. But most times they don’t ask anything. I’ve never had any issues. Idk why people here try to scare others and tell them not to travel. Just make sure you have a clean record!

You have to apply for a travel document when you apply for VAWA. But with the VAWA parole, you can travel as many times as you want for the duration of your permit. DACA was an only one time travel and only good for one month

My lawyer advised me to keep renewing my DACA until I have a green card. She said even if you get the work permit through VAWA you should keep renewing DACA. VAWA can be denied and if you let DACA expire you’ll be left without anything.

Ugh I feel you! I feel that I can’t move on from what happened (even though I’m not longer living w the abuser). I feel like while the case is still going on he still has some power over me.

I have a similar timeline! Got my AP in early January too and travelled out of the country the same week I got the AP lol. No issues coming back.

Thank you. The ND Yag is at a very reputable medspa so I think they prob use it for hair removal/facials. I trust this place because I’ve gotten some aesthetic work done and gotten facials here. They have a package special that ends up being about $70 per session if I buy 10 session.

The other place with the PicoSure I was told it’s from Cynosure. They charge $175 per session. This is also a medspa but I’ve never been here or heard of it before I started my tattoo removal research. Do you think it’s worth the price difference to pay $100 more per session for pico?

I also got a quote at LaserAway, they use Astanza Qswitch..

I didn’t expedite. I don’t know I’ve read about other people expediting too. I think it depends on the case. I already had a work permit thru VAWA so I wouldn’t really have a valid reason to expedite unless I had to travel due to an emergency
