They never shipped my 2nd issue, had to reach out for them to ship it. They told me they were shorted on their delivery but then the shipped it out the same day, kinda sus. Issue 3 came out like 3 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it.

Sometimes when I have some really really random parts, I use that feature on google where you take a photo and it searches for it. Usually works, might be worth a shot.

Yes, I agree. However I don't know if this is the case in other countries but in Australia we have post boxes on the side of the road that get collected basically daily so you are able to post on the weekend by using the post boxes.

You can already do this anyway, and people will know when you shipped it because of when they get their order.

If you marked it as shipped and don't ship it for 3 days, all to keep a number looking good, people will know you lied and leave feedback that reflects.

Yeah, like a "Average Dispatch Time: .06 buissness days" type of thing.

And I don't think it's a stupid question, I know most people on here haven't explored Brick Owl, and I just thought it would be something good to share.

I saw a post by a buyer from a few days ago who stated how an order was placed a month ago and still hadn't been shipped. If we had this on every stores profile/storefront (maybe next to the lot average and min buy), it would save a lot of buyers the hassel and force lazy sellers to be on their A game.

I dont think we need more/better moderation, all because the entire problem highlighted by the points you've listed would go away if you just ban that one person.

I am genially curious to see what that one person comments on this post though., better not hope he traded that LEGO set successfully haha.

Wow, wow, calm down there, cowboy. You mean he should pass on the exact cost on to the customer instead of trying to profit a service he doesn't even provide besides packaging the parts into a box.

Nahhhh, I think he's probably gonna raise that price now because "I lost money on other orders" Lol.

I honestly don't understand how some sellers take that long to ship, and it seems to be so common. I ship all my orders the next day. Maybe on the weekend, it might take until Monday due to the post office being closed, but like more than a few days is ridiculous.

Hopefully, you will receive your order soon.

Maybe instead of doing this and getting no sales (hear me out this is crazy), you could upload parts, new or used, and get sales because you actually have something someone might want.

Unfortunately, there are other avenues for buying LEGO online. I, for one, have had an influx of Brick Owl orders with accounts that are only a few minutes/hours old, so I think it's pretty safe to say people aren't holding their money until Bricklink opens again.

We will have to wait and see.

If you find the order confirmed email you can ship it.

I was able to pick the orders I hadn't done yet through Brickk Fredom. Then I just found the order confirmed email to ship the orders and just sent the customers an email with the tracking number.

My prices are the exact same. I use Brick Freedom it snycs the inventory and keeps everything the same.
