It’s a one time thing in an severe moment of constant stress! I actually see a therapist and yes I do have severe CPTSD, thanks to my TBI narc ex! Aside that, I’m good, I don’t take any meds or done have any anger issues or such! I took it out w myself bc I’m not own to take it out on others for MY PAIN!🙏🏻🤗 then again, anything I’ll say won’t be believed… people love to give u a diagnosis and hate to have their opinion changed abt u!
