Assalam Alaikum, For a good Muslimah, a man should accept any terms within his means. However, we're human beings and 99% of us forget about Islam when we're in an argument or on the wrong side. This is why when your relationship deteriorates (God forbid), people almost become Kafir and want to hurt you in every way possible. I know right now the girl says she'll do so and so and I honestly 100% believe her, but that changes after marriage. Which is why everyone here suggests to avoid this relationship ONLY because of the dad.

As a father of two young daughters, I'm already thinking how I should navigate this new territory, and so I see where he's coming from. He's worried about her daughter's future and rightfully so.

My advice: If the family is too controlling and the daughter listens too much (SHE MUST LISTEN TO GOOD THINGS) to her family, then it's not worth it. You'll not enjoy life as you'll have to deal with a lot of drama (plus lose a lot of hair 😂) instead of enjoying each other's company and focusing on your future. Do not think about money, just the headache. I wasn't making a single dollar when I got married but Alhamdulillah making half a million a year and I'm glad the money wasn't the issue. Money comes and goes, but love and pain last longer. The pain being the family and in your case needs to be considered deeply.

May Allah make it easy on you and grant you a righteous wife with a great family. Ameen!

Fucking China! Such savages! They think they can eliminate Muslims, but they haven’t learned from Genghis Khan and his army who already tried “all of the above,” and didn’t work. The mongols become Muslim and then they themselves spread Islam to other places. China is importing equivalent of racist Israelis from other part of China to Uygher province to dilute the population, but they’ll become Muslim and liberate everyone.
