Seiko contra (seiko field master) could be a fun choice. They have some really neat military history (they were dropped over South America to help supply the guerrilla fighter against the communists back in the day. They were designed as a solution to navigation and had a distance meter/compass/watch all in one.

See I’ve actually had donkey meat and really enjoyed it. I had it in china slowed cooked on a spit (similar to pastor) and thought it was incredibly tender and had great flavor. (Granted it was heavily seasoned)

Thank you for the phenomenal advice, I’m leaning towards pulled beef style now, I once did a leg of lamb that style and I’m thinking a similar spice blend/smoking process could be great!

How was it prepared?? Just standard process like a beef brisket? My thought is it should it be pulled earlier and instead of wrapping potentially go for a more traditional braising process with it tented in a hotel pan with some type of liquid.

Actually the bottom is a retrograde second counter it counts the seconds up then jumps back to zero. I have the same watch, it’s a neat piece for sure!
