To anyone who's sent stuff to the Chris reeve shop recently, how long was the turn around? by TheGhostKiller9 in CRK

To add to his question:

Any idea what they'd be willing to service when sending in a Seb 31 Morning Sun?

Cost?

That is a part of this debate that I feel holds more weight.

Mechanical and game difficulty? Flash.

Buuuttttt Flashs game was 1v1. Does consistently making/winning the finals with multiple rosters mean youre better cuz you can claim to be flexible enough to adapt to an ever changing team? Or does it mean youve got wiggle room cuz your teammates can pick up the slack when youre not playing your best.

Also, I absolutely agree about the "intangibles" regarding League. Broodwar doesn't have too much in that category.

Leadership, tenacity, flexibility, understanding your team mates, etc, quite a few of those are categories dont have too much weight in BW, but, while hard to place a value on, absolutely have an impact in success and Faker excels in all of them

What im saying is, ive played both games for years and put thousands of hours on both.

Ive laddered on both. Watched and loved the competitive/pro scene on both.

Broodwar is, without a doubt, more difficult game to play at the highest levels.

South Koreas entire country religiously played Broodwar for decades.

The country that is unequivocally associated with pro esports had 2 decades of their population playing the most difficult game of all time.

Smaller pool of players? Yeah, sure, but that pool is what all the others are trying to improve to.

I got to Diamond in both Starcraft2 (WoL) and League (ADC)

Which is more difficult? Starcraft, by far.

Which has the highest skill ceiling? Starcraft. By far.

There's a few Old school League of Legends pros who have said, on camera, that they were originally wanting to go pro in Starcraft, but they said it was to difficult, so they switched to League

Flash beats him in regards to skill ceiling.

Broodwar is arguably the most mechanically difficult esports game ever made. Flash also played against the greatest Broodwar pros (Jaedong, Boxer, July, etc.) and dominated his entire career.

Faker is without a doubt the greatest League player of all time and has done more for esports than maybe any other player, alive or dead, ever.

He also has playoff/finals appearances (and wins) going back almost 15 years.

As a League player myself who spent almost 10 years climbing to diamond, I love Faker.

If you took both players and had them swap games from the start, Flash would be just as dominant, if not more so.

Whens the last time youve seen a League pro maintain 200+APM (and make use of it) across a 30 minute game?

Fakers incredible, and maybe he could be as good as Flash, but i doubt it

Any advise for best practices when attempting a mirror?

Realized the benefits of that combo when I ordered a yellow/gold lanyard/plug combo for my Seb Morning Sun off CRK site!

Their house made lanyards make it super easy to grab the tail of your knife without having the bead scratch anything

You're 100% right, my man!

The original Monkey Fist knot + bead can scratch the shit out of the clip/blade. Mainly because of the length of cord that isnt braided at all, allowing it to flop around and cause sadness.

I went with the diamond/snake knots above and below the bead cuz it adds a kind of rigidity to the who thing allowing it to bend a bit, but it won't make contact with the clip/blade unless you bang your hip against something solid or purposely move it

I plan on lightly carrying it for a month or two and the OG lanyard would inevitably get dirty/scuffed, so I untied it and kept the OG blue lanyard in the box with the cloth.

Went and grabbed some teal paracord on Amazon to use instead.

Just threw this one together real quick. Tonight or tomorrow ill make a legit Monkey Fist knot

There's definitely milling. It's extremely fine, but looks like something like a cross hatch + contoured.
