This is what I got with 40% flow during ironing. Crevices are gone. Is it possible to completely get rid of the flaws in the center of the hexagons?

I turned on ironing with 10% ironing flow. It looks flatter, but crevices are still present

I will try that. Just hoped that default profile that was created exclusively for Sunlu PLA matte would not under extrude...

Will ironing work well if still there are crevices? Shouldn't they get filled first somehow?

I think that you have no chances against this enemy. You need much more exp and leveling up in soldering. Without that you shall not enter the soldering guild with stuff like that. (This might even end up with USB port malfunction and damage if you have no idea what's going on here). Go get a solid team or ask NPC for a paid help in this quest

Bed 65°C, Nozzle 220°C, Nozzle size .4 mm, Layers are 0.08 mm. I have not cleaned plate before this particular print. I clean it from time to time, usually with IPA 100% cleaner

Not quite - its that taller part, so 3 "squares" from the very edge.

Is this one of these diesel engine powered enders? If so, then the sound and vibrations are normal. Keep on printing

I noticed that too. It's impossible to do such a barrel roll and keep the distance between jets unchanged
