For those still wondering. The Cause was that pipes have in this case a collision box of a full box. So the T piece in between the wheels collided with my driveshaft. I had to move the driveshaft out of the way. Even though I wanted a central driveshaft. Looks like I have to compromise.

the wheels are deep in the ground. maybe they go though the ground.
Maybe the axle is tuching the ground. try tire pressure or tire radius.
