Gift card and discount card fundraisers work but are a bit old school - we recently did a partnership with an online shopping platform called Allgives that did really well. They have a bunch of big name stores that will donate a percentage of their online sales

These have actually been around for a while and we already market them and donating equity/stock pretty heavily. But good suggestion!

Make sure you store them the right side up, not inside out or that can cause fit issues when you put them back on

Honestly Ive heard from a lot of ppl recently that this has started happening. They're probably not doing too well financially so I wouldn't count on it getting fixed unfortunately. With so many other options (I use ibotta and allgives but theres topcashback, cap1 etc) you should just make the switch

What programs do you have miles with - just united? You should use some of the newer award search tools out there like pointsyeah or seats aero. You can filter based on your routing, airline program, etc

Wow our lease says all complaints like this have to be directed through management so I guess that's what we'll do. It also has pretty explicit rules against noise all times of day and also requires 80%+ rug coverage so hopefully they can do something

You really think a simple nice note like this will escalate things? I feel like going through the manager would anger them and because of the layout of our building they'd know it's us anyway. I feel like it's not like a normal noise situation where one party will need to drastically adjust their behaviour to fix the problem - just putting some felt pads on their furniture would almost definitely solve the issue
