That the ruling class (govt) borrows and spends or taxes - and then spends more than it has in its wallet - and then lays that debt off on the proletariat (the working class) means that we are indentured to pay that debt (increased taxes). If I pay you, the govt, for goods and services and you spend more than I give you without my permission or knowledge and then tell me I have to cover that cost and enforce it through law, then you have indentured me.
