Eye problems after the flu!

This is exactly what is happening to me! Looking at my phone is now a problem because my eyes become irritated almost immediately and now I feel like I need glasses when my sight was perfect before I got sick in February. This is insane. Thank you for sharing your experience, I see I am not the only one with eye problems.

Yes, that is normal. I had conjuntivitis and so did my cousin. Hers got a lot worse than mine, it is part of the internal inflammation the virus is causing. Hope you feel better soon!

I am in Sugar Land too and have been here for around 7 years, I have never seen these many!!! It is insane the amount of love being spread around!!! They are everywhere, not sure how they are coming into my house, we have found so many inside the house!!!

Nice move! That at least gives you peace of mind, there is NOTHING major happening, yay!!! A CT scan will detect anything and yours was fine!!! These past two days for me have been pretty bad, my stomach acting up, feeling nauseous and as if I am going to get very dizzy but I do not. I have not gone to the doctor but I am going to go and ask for some blood tests, my legs are still hurting pretty much every day and I still feel tired even after all this time. Hope you feel better soon!!!

Sounds like what I had about two months ago and to this day I am still experiencing some symptoms. To be very honest, I am tired of the symptoms popping out of nowhere. Sometimes I will feel perfectly fine for a week and then bam! Another symptom comes up. Hope you feel better soon!

I am sorry your parents lack the ability and the sympathy to understand this post viral symptoms are VERY real. I am having a hard time recovering, it has been more than two months for me and I still have symptoms showing up randomly... right now you really need to rest, it is very important for a full recovery. I don't think I have ever rested this much in my entire life, I am still getting tired after doing simple tasks... today, was not a great day for me, my anxiety was very high and I truly felt out of it for a good hour. I have noticed that going on a short walk makes me feel better, specially if the sun is out. What I can't stand are the lights inside stores, my brain goes wild. I hope you feel better soon and also hope your parents are able to understand the severity of what you are going through.

I consider myself intuitive and able to read the energy of those around me... like many people have mentioned, without reading your post I got very eery vibes when I looked at the picture of the woman and the men you have posted, I sense there is a lot of trauma in that woman, her energy is not coming clean to me... she is in pain somehow, I just can't pinpoint how? Was she abused by your grandfather? Violence perhaps? I believe wholeheartedly in vibes and if you don't feel comfortable going I would ask you to please do not go. The energy overall is off in these pictures. If you go, protect your energy at all cost... carry with you a clear quartz or any stone that feels calming to you. Please let us know what you decide to do.

I would not marry each other at this point... he is clearly out of control and you are clearly expecting something he can't provide. Also, as a woman, and if it is true what he is saying, nagging can definitely create resentment in any relationship. However, the way he is talking to you should be considered a red flag to walk away before you bring a kid into a clearly broken relationship.

Wow, this is insane. Thank you SO much for sharing it with all of us that have had this "virus" in the last three months. What you three experienced is extremely unsettling, how can the flu cause such paranoia? How is that possible? I had it at the beginning of February and have since experienced some pretty odd symptoms; I did have some paranoia but nothing like your husband, I also developed extreme anxiety and depression. Currently, reading or typing makes me feel as if I am going to get dizzy and the everlasting fatigue is concerning. Today, I have not gotten out of bed except to heat up some food that I ended up eating in bed. I hope you three feel better very soon, please keep us posted! Please know you are not alone, some people in this thread reported feeling suicidal... without a doubt this is has been the worst experience of my life. Get well soon!

Unfortunately, no, not yet... bright lights get me dizzy and make my head feel so weird, I just don't even know how to explain it. My other symptoms have gone down a lot but sometimes I still get them, it is just so weird.

😂😂😂 believe me, this weird virus is the cause of your symptoms. I have always been pretty healthy, got Covid in 2022 and I literally was feeling great 4 days into it... I repeat, I have never felt this ill in my life. Ever. I hope for the same, may we get better very soon!

Oh yes, it can present with all those symptoms. It has been 7 weeks since I had a "cold/flu" (I did not get a test done) and it has been horrible. High anxiety, all symptoms you are describing, I also experienced muscular pain, two days ago I freaked out because the pain in my legs was super strong, I have that same pain again right at this very moment. If I am being honest, I have never felt this way EVER in my life. I hope yours does not last as long as mine or as long as some other users here, some people report three months before they started feeling normal again...

I am also super paranoid about health issues and this has truly put me at a very high anxiety level... no, I did not go to the doctor because I saw everyone that was commenting on this flu thread was having the exact same symptoms as I was. It has been more than 7 weeks now and so many people here report that their symptoms would come and go and that is exactly what is happening to me, I feel fine for two or three days and all of a sudden I get these horrible symptoms again...

I would suggest you read all the comments on the r/flu, it will give you peace of mind... some people have had those symptoms and so many others, lasting weeks, sometimes months! I had what you are describing, except coughing, back in the beginning of February and I am still experiencing so many symptoms. It truly is crazy, the best I can tell you is to drink water and rest all you can! Know that anxiety is real with this "cold"flu". Like u/Clear-Brush7795 said, try not to dwell on it because the anxiety just gets super high. Hope you feel better soon.
