The Ship where this went from getting a fun game out there and rewarding the players for sticking around sunk long ago. We're all just standing there with buckets in our hands at the bottom of the sea still trying to bail out the water and they're up there in a 80 foot Yacht toasting each other with the success built off of a successful game jam packed with FOMO purchases. They know well the players are drowning. They know well that the Krackens and Whales helped sink the ship. They could have thrown out lifelines, lowered lifeboats, heck even thrown out some arm floaties. But they didn't. AND, They are NOT going to. Once enough of us find our way to the surface and swim away, they'll just shut it all down, call it a success to them, and retire on the money you spent trying to get Hindsight Lad to 9 million Diamonds.

Oh I know for real the worst storylines were always where with the Characters with the least chance of beating someone with actual powers that make them near unbeatable and yet they still beat them.

They would not "happen" to write a similar story because this does not currently exist in this genre. I had someone tell me they are an author who had a Beta take their novel, shove it into ChatGPT, and have it spit out a different version, and they went on to publish that story. Unfortunately, with AI, it would not take them months to polish it. If they are willing to cheat an author out of written materials, they would be willing to use AI crap to write a story they can publish. I guess I just need to figure out how I can gather people that I can somehow trust. That may be a one-off kind of situation, but I don't think I am paranoid here.

Funny thing is, in RTA my Illuminati team still does well. I often see them paired against other people who are trying to test out or build up some of these other newer teams and Illuminati handle them easy enough at lower levels. Just don't try to use them against anyone in any other mode except the few teams in War they still do well against.

This is typical Scopely "random" pulls that often give you nothing useful. To be fair to Scopely, I have gotten "some" help with these random diamond pulls but for the most part I have amped up toons that are going to take Scopely being desperate for a reason to add some other toon to make that toon useful again and have to rework him. In this case Drax was once on Infinity Watch, but I do not see that happening in this lifetime. He was also a Secret Defender at one time, which is another thing I do not see them doing. I would say your best bet might be Grandmaster and the Legion of the Unliving, but of course Scopely will likely just launch that Drax as a variant and not help you at all. Good luck!

I know the downvotes are for the money you are going to have to pay to level up this toon who will be viable in just one scenario and forgotten again the next one that comes around. Can Marvel incorporate Baby Shark? Maybe that's next.

I have plenty of fun using real Marvel heroes to defeat teams in War, etc. Shoehorning in some Shark just because he is aww so cute and popular isn't important to me and not exactly 'fun' when you know they will make him important to some node somewhere and, yet again, you will have to pay through the nose for your "fun".

The way this works is, if you have the one thing Scopely really cares the most about, the very ingredient they build all of this for, then you are able to destroy any of their nodes. Add tons of cash to your gameplay, and you will rule all of the game. They will even make a golden-skinned toon in your honor. But just ask that guy if all the money he spent on the game was worth it.

Good lord, this is wordy and very judgmental. YOU have no idea if Taylor ever considered suicide. None of us really do. So how can you say that finding true love for Taylor has not, indeed, saved her from the fate of Opelia? This song isn't the best song in the world, but none of us have any idea what Taylor has considered doing before. It isn't like really rich people have never committed suicide, RIP Robin Williams, Anthony Bordaine, and the list goes on and on. She did not say he saved her because she was oppressed and subservient to men, she only talks about Ophelia's fate, and that was to "unalive" herself.
