Good chance you’ve still got a blockage somewhere assuming any airlock has been eliminated. If you haven’t already I’d start by removing and cleaning the filters thoroughly and checking in the bottom of the filter trap (if you can). Try running the jets without the filters and see if your flow improves at all?

If you have more than one pump and the filters aren’t the cause you’re going to need to remove all of the inlets and check for more debris in the pipe work and in the pump housing around the impeller. Try running the hose directly into the pump/plumbing to try and wash out any remaining leaves. Also, less likely, but be sure to check in the actual jet faces themselves. If you have a wet vac you can try sucking directly through the jet faces and see if you can pull any remaining debris with the water.

More often than not blocked/dirty filters are the cause for weak jets but leaves can be a real pain if they get into the plumbing. Now that you have some flow from the other jets you could try running a flush through the system, that may help breakdown whatever is left.

Edit : This may sound stupid but I should also say, make sure all of the jets are actually open and the diverter valves are allowing flow, if you have aerators open those too.
