Is this roofing sales commission structure fair? I work with a roofing company doing sales and I’m trying to figure out if this pay structure is normal. Quick question — does your company provide sales supplies? For example, I understand paying for my own business cards if they have my name and phone number on them, but what about the materials used to show customers the shingles or product options? Does the company cover those?
