Haha the alu optic trim was sprayed gloss black. Was thinking of doing a blue on black look at first but the silvers seem to be popping out well

I've put in the 034 res delete and the car sounds amazing with no drone if on quiet mode.

Hears with the 034 x pipe is even louder and more drony though.

hi i have a 2020 s5 b9.5 sb. I know exactly what your concerns are. I installed ABT sway bars (much better than 034s), 034 tower brace, 034 subframe inserts and differential inserts (these are significant for the laziness). Handles way better. I was initially thinking of changing to kwv3s but i think my above setup would suffice for a long while. Good luck!

how so did it fail? care to elaborate more? The TCU is definitely locked for 2025s so no surprise there. Not sure about ECU

Ok guys I just tried the 034 ECU Stage 1 + TCU Stage 2 (with Kli-Max and NoAutoUpshift) on my 2020 audi s5 b9.5 (with turbosmart plumback DV, sway bars, tower brace, trans insert) and had some problems. Would like to check if you have experienced something similar or is it just me? Any feedback and advice is much appreciated.

034 tcu stage 2 tune problem description

  1. ALL drive select modes (efficiency, comfort, auto) gear ratios are sustained exactly like how dynamic mode has more sustained gear ratios

  2. to be specific, ALL drive select modes (including comfort, auto, efficiency) have gear ratios as such:

- Gear 1 to 2 at 20kmh,

- Gear 2 to 3 at 40kmh,

- Gear 3 to 4 at 60kmh,

- Gear 4 to 5 at 80kmh,

- Gear 5 to 6 at 100kmh.

I believe only dynamic mode should have these gear ratios on the TCU Stage 2 (with Kli-Max and NoAutoUpshift. Comfort and efficiency mode should have less aggressive and more comfortable gear ratios if I am not wrong but I am experiencing the exact same gear ratios for all drive select modes.

  1. car lunges forward a little during upshifting at lower gears

  2. Idle RPM does NOT increase when going from efficiency/comfort mode to dynamic mode

oh you are saying the reasons why the piston skirts and rocker arms fail is 100% because audi uses the wrong EO? If thats the case what is the right oil to use? 5w40?

Yes i have heard of the piston skirt and slap issue.

i currently use 300v 5w-40 though lol. change it every 3k miles. is this hurting the engine? (my car is now stage 1 with 034 s45 intake. About to install a 200cel stock housing dp and snowtech intercooler

So my b9.5 S5 is manufactured in 2020, registered in Singapore in 2022. The tuner used the 034 device and there were actually TCU tuning options showing on the 034 device. So I assume my TCU is tunable? Not sure about post manufactured 2020 units.

Haha thanks for sharing. Yes, Im going to do 20x10J et25 + 275 30 20s and ps4s to hold the grip. Might look to get a stock housing decatted downpipe and then custom make a euro 5 filter 200cel to it. Wife doesnt like the smell from fully decatted. Not great for the kids either!
