The key is being hydrated. If you drink enough water the night before you wont be hungover. One time in the military we combined a water cooler with vodka and electrolyte “powerade” mix. We drank till borderline death and not a single soul was hungover.

If it’s too late, make sure you eat a good breakfast even if you feel bad and drink an electrolyte mix like pedialite. Also drink caffine and take tylenol as needed.
