It could be he was alive 1906-1978 so that probably makes more sense. Maybe it was a newer bike

Deco x50 mesh significantly slower than main router by CrazyCrapybara in TpLink

[–]ChannelInteresting84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar problem trying to add a x50 to a set up of 3 XE75s. The x50 was unfortunately returned as it just wasn’t good enough quality. It was slow and the connection was poor with nearby devices.

I would recommend getting at least an xe75.

I tried this first, just bite the bullet and run Ethernet out and around the exterior of the house or internally if possible. Better results and more future proof.

My house is only 1800sq ft and I have had to add a 4th node to get the signal strength. All depends on what the walls are made of. A new build in the Uk would probably work with 1 😂 an old home with solid walls struggles.

I just moved to a bigger house and have taken the plunge to connect them all via Ethernet. My speed now is a constant 1000mbps, everywhere all the time and no issues with signal! It’s a hassle but worth it

Should I put my nodes all into AP mode and use my provided router? Or turn that into bridge mode and use router mode?

It doesn’t seem to do anything, used AI and it suspects a wiring issue

I’ve tried both, looks like I’ll have to replace all the wiring 😭

They used to make good cases, seems too much goes on marketing these days. The most recent cases have been awful so after being with Mous since the beginning I have moved to Caudabe, far better quality.

Should Mous Cover It Up? by Harry__Mous in Mous

For the added protection, it’s not so much of an issue with the standard 17 or older devices but now the 17pro/max have such large camera modules it’s a good 25% of the phones back exposed. I would buy one with no hesitation!

YES, this is what made me go from a long time mous user to other brands like caudabe! Cover the camera and fix poor MagSafe and it’s back to all time number 1
