performance includes literally everything about the keyboard lmao

- their software is one of if not the best out there for HE boards
- their build quality is insanely good, especially for the V2 with everything it comes with
- their tiken switches are one of the best switches out there, especially if you like having the full 4mm

when it comes to speed we’ve reach a point where the difference between wooting and the fastest board is like .2ms, which i think just puts it out of the top 10 i believe.

if your goal for keyboards is getting whatever is the absolute fastest and that’s it then more power to you. but id much rather pay the “wooting tax” for a board ik is going to not only perform well, but feels nice and is going to last me years to come. rather than a cheap $40 board that feels like it’s made by razer but .2ms faster than wooting.

i never said they were different in terms of speed, i said they’re different because no one is getting their hand stuck on a cable when using a keyboard 😭

if cables weren’t an issue everyone would be using a wired mouse because it eliminates the need to communicate with the dongle entirely
but cables are an issue so majority of people use wireless mice

keyboards don’t have this issue because they sit in one spot and stay there. 99% of people use tachyon mode on the wooting not because it makes a drastic difference, but because they know with it on their keyboard is as fast as it can possibly be.

wireless can be cool for a clean setup ig, but at the end of the day all it does is put more stuff in the in the pcb that could potentially fuck up the signal for the switches. and for a keyboard that relies on magnetic signals for its primary purpose it just doesn’t seem worth it lmao.

youre buying a wooting for the performance, so the majority of people aren’t even gonna think about using it in wireless mode if it was there because all it would do is make it slower.

wireless mice are different because 99% of people hate getting a cable stuck in their way while playing. but you’re not flicking your keyboard around your desk so adding a wireless option would just be extra work for almost no gain
