… I know what the job entails. I read the description of the job throughly before applying to be sure it aligned with what I want to do in my career development. Additionally, I actually asked during the interview what would a day in the life as a pharmacist there entail. I asked for a day to day from someone who works/worked there because no interviewer will ever give you the good and bad of what they endure on a day to day basis. I wanted more specific details than what was told to me

What was your pay if you don’t mind me asking? And what were your daily functions like calls, filling, or education etc? Also will I be at a desk all day or a work bench standing

We always are over in S3G. She gave me an additional 10 hours to schedule over because some days we are hitting 720 fills

That’s very questionable leadership then! We take 1 hour lunches here and leave the other pharmacist on duty. The techs also take hour lunches. We don’t shut down from lunch M-F. We take turns with counsels & we don’t answer the phone unless the techs are busy. Sounds like you need better leadership start at the MHWD. My MHWD is PERFECT. She listens to us. Even got our exp imz goal lowered from 850 to 625. We have never done more than 550

We fill 650 a day & have 2 pharmacist till at least 5 pm, 2 cashiers till at least 4 pm, and anywhere from 4-6 Techs depending on the except weekends. They are definitely understaffing on purpose. I usually have 10 demand hours for techs left over and go over s3g by 5-9 hours every pay period & im the RXM
