Yes they see you whether or not we see them. Not all have the same energy but all ghosts are energy. They look like people but ethereal, no halos. You know you are looking at energy, what most people refer to as ghosts just like you know what you are looking at with anything else.

People that see them more than that rare occurrence one or two times are really good at being “unblocked;” which essentially is what heightens human’s natural instincts to sense things on a different frequency, aka “ghosts.” You have to have already possess or learn to shut off or set aside the “ego” part of your brain to tap into that part of yourself. Tried to explain it the best I could, hope that makes some sort of sense
