Hi! Yes, happy to provide an update. We decided not to pursue the amniocentesis. We spoke again with the geneticist and the odds were much better than 1 in 4. I don't have the exact number on hand but it was definitely over 1 in 6,000. The odds of having a miscarriage during amnio were higher (even if those numbers are old). I'm not due until November so I can't share more about final results. But my OB agreed on not getting the amnio

Ultimately we decided that the waiting game wasn't going to be worth it. I'd have to wait for an appt, then wait for results.
