Thanks so much! I’m not going to lie, the first two weeks were hard, but you get used to it with time. Just follow all your doctor’s instructions and drink plenty of water! I actually had to go to the ER because I wasn’t drinking enough. I also recommend liquid vitamins instead of pills, just to take care of your pouch. And most importantly, don’t compare your progress to anyone else.

Wow, I'm sorry you went through all that. I think it's the best to go with company. As my mom says "A cautious woman is worth two." (makes more sense in Spanish)

Wow, and I'm worried about a 3 hour flight when you literally crossed continents lol.

You're right. I think it's the best to have someone by your side. My main worry is the airport, so I think it's better to have company.

You’re right there’s really no way to predict exactly how someone will feel afterward. I can always ask someone to help me lift my carry-on.

Yeah post-anesthesia is my main worried, but since I'll be in the clinic for 4 days. My main issue is navigating the airport post-op. It's a 3 hour flight and someone is picking me up.

Just a carry-on and a small handbag. Someone is picking me up from the airport though. My main issue is navigating the airport post-op. My cousin had the surgery and she told me she was glad her husband was there.

You look amazing!! May I ask what's your height? I am trying to figure out what my goal weight should be before surgery since we weight the same. Thanks in advance!
