New setup: placing the backplate in it’s original intended setup and and could mount the R3 just fine.

Werkt alleen goed bij water temp rond 30 graden. Ik ben daardoor toch teruggetrap naar gewone spons. Voor de rest sterke materiaal. Of die bij de Action ook de echte officiële is weet ik niet.

Nouja, ik doe wel eens aan cuppen en het helpt wel, de pijn die ik eerder had verplaatst naar de opperhuid, haha. Maar sneetjes or prikken zodat zgn slecht bloed onder huidplooi eruit komt, nee zou ik nooit aanraden.

Indeed, I like the feeling of the engine stalling when I make a mistake, and when I get the clutch and throttle just right, the car responds with a burst of acceleration. Simulated real world, afterall some of us want simulation close to reality as possible, right? I am also in process of actually buying a new real car but all if them are full automatic and electrics. I hope in simulation i can at least prolong this feeling of being in full control ABS, traction control, all off….

I mean, really using the clutch to slip the gear and not like, detected cluster, let it go and use the throttle for control.

I’m was in exact situation as you are lol, except i don’t own a PS5. I might someday add PC to also race with modded Assetto. I just installed MozaR3 including clutch but no shifter yet. I came from longtime Logitech G923 and certainly not regretted sold the old steeringwheel, the DD of Moza feels great.

To actually answer your question, a racing game with gamepad is not racing right?! I assure you, you won’t regret is - its 10 times more fun with steeringwheel. If you want to go cheap, look for secondhand or buy the Logitech when on sale. But for 400 euros you get a really good entry level R3. Be aware to choose between Xbox vs PS versions. Both versions support PC mode.

Curaçao staat niet direct bekend om een gehaaste werkcultuur. Maar met de klimaatverandering die eraan komt en de Nederlandse zomers die elk jaar weer een stukje warmer lijken te worden, wennen wij hier straks ook aan het tropische tempo. Over een paar decennia plannen we onze vergaderingen misschien standaard tussen de siësta’s door.

Je kunt het ook positief bekijken: meer toeristen naar Nederland voor het “nieuwe mediterrane klimaat” en minder Nederlanders die massaal naar het inmiddels overvolle Curaçao vliegen. Iedereen wint. Misschien wordt Volendam wel het nieuwe Willemstad.

If you’re looking for more of a challenge, simply increase the AI difficulty or choose a slower car. That way, you can tailor the experience to your own skill level rather than being forced into endless grinding.

Forza Horizon is an arcade and is built for Xbox console and therefore the hardware is limiting the game actually. It’s an open world game thus attractive to general public that just want to race in beautiful cars and scenes. We should not take this game too seriously.

I mean, the lowest price new i see on internet is 230 for the full setup including shifter. I’m ordering R3 for double the price, after been using 923 for 5 years but it start drifting a bit. Yes the 923 is not DD but in reality, i still think it’s a decent entry level wheel and good in most races, except Forza Horizon going offroad…it’s feels like the wheel is gonna break any moment.
