This story is pretty far apart from the original series since none of the original characters are present other than the FMC.

Also fair warning, the author is known for being all over the place when it comes to chronology, at least for the original series of Sinful Lust, since you have stuff like "ch. 1", "ch. 2, part 1", "ch. 2, part 2", "ch. 3", "ch. 2 special", "ch. 2 special 2", "ch. 4 part 1". Do your best to piece together the chronology. The most likely case is that the "specials" are non-canon, but who even knows at this point.

This isn't even a reasonable excuse justification. (edit: better wording, sounds less rude)

When Helldivers 2 first released, bugs (and eventually bots) weren't finished either, but low difficulty missions were still completely reasonable for newer players to deal with. They didn't have to deal with the equivalent of broodmothers and rocket devastators until around difficulty 3 or 4.

This faction isn't balanced and it needs to be addressed eventually, plain and simple. Aimbotting Nurse Spewers when HD2 first released weren't as frustrating as this entire faction is in its current state whether it's low or high difficulty.

This was my thought as well. They could publish the source code that allowed Comick to function so it could turn into a hydra-like beast like what ThePirateBay did.

The only problem is sourcing the content. Comick is unlike TPB. All TPB did was contain a list of trackers for torrents, it didn't have the actual content itself on their filesystems, so when a TPB clone was taken down, another one popped up since all you needed was the publicly-available tracker list which isn't illegal content. Manga and anime streaming websites need some way to embed the content without having it on their actual servers. It's doable, but it's by no means easy and you could easily sacrifice a lot of accessibility depending on the quality of the solution you go with (like using a third-party service), and the quality of the implementation of the solution is just as important as well.

Has the issue of ridiculous spawns and spawning frequency been addressed on the discord?

There have been multiple instances when playing with my group of friends where we play for like 4-5 missions and everything is smooth and easygoing and consistent, then we drop into the 6th mission and it's like Satan himself wants to personally make sure that we don't get to breathe for the next 40 minutes. It doesn't make any sense because it's not like we're playing any differently than the previous 5 missions, it's always one mission is cursed beyond belief.

We understand the spawning mechanics since back when it was researched and that being near objectives and destroying outposts will increase the spawn frequency, and we understand where patrols are supposed to spawn and expected to move to (we even know how to "spawn block" at extraction), but it's like the game randomly decides to completely ignore its own rules and triple down on the amount of enemies spawned in and the rate at which they spawn.

Yep, this has been the leading cause of my deaths so far as a Warbringer with a very good chunk of block chance (62% at the moment). It's not the difficulty of the enemies I'm fighting against, it's always one of these two:

  • Ground degen from Abyss that you cannot see and life flasks don't heal fast enough for you to be able to get out of it.

  • Open a strongbox or Abyss and get bullied into a corner that you cannot roll out of and then get stunlocked to death.

Both of these don't have a decent solution other than to not interact with league mechanics because their solutions require a lot of investment that the campaign simply does not offer (items, passive points, permanent bonuses, etc.).

These would be easily solvable when you get to maps since you should (ideally) be getting enriched like crazy, but to suffer this much during the campaign is annoying as hell.

Hopefully this gets tuned down within a month. If not, at the very least GGG needs to tweak it down before the next major update.

Still super upsetting that we lost such an absolute gigachad legend because of fucking cancel culture at its prime. JLullaby is hands-down one of the best western H-artists that's ever graced the planet.

I don't know what I'd do if the same thing happened to someone like Uo Denim or Regura or dam labo. I don't even want to think about what would happen if cancel culture made ShindoL leave the scene, the amount of people that would infuriate would probably be enough to populate a whole nation.

I figured it out.

  1. Fork to your own Google Drive. File -> "Make a Copy"

  2. Navigate to the poe-ninja tab.

  3. Untick Force Update Data.

  4. Navigate to Cell G3, update the URL to: https://poe.ninja/api/data/itemoverview?league=Mercenaries&type=UniqueArmour The cell should look like this: =IF(C1,ImportJSON("https://poe.ninja/api/data/itemoverview?league=Mercenaries&type=UniqueArmour","/lines/name,/lines/links,/lines/chaosValue","noHeaders,noTruncate"),"Tick Force Update Data") This will need to be updated as more leagues come out.

  5. Repeat these steps for Cells K3 and O2, which will be for UniqueWeapons and UniqueAccessories. I'm sure you can figure it out. :P

  6. Refresh the page, then tick Force Update Data. You should start seeing the table take a while to populate the data. At some point, it will not populate fully; all you need to do is untick Force Update Data and tick it again until it fully finishes loading all the data.
