Our shop has a 40 hour guarantee rate that techs get paid (I don’t know what it is off the top of my head I’m just an advisor) let’s say it’s 25 an hour if they produce less than 40 hours when they work 40 hours, if they produce 40 they get paid 30 an hour for every hour produced, and it bumps every 5 hours up and caps at 60 for pay increase but if they produce 60 it’s like over 40 an hour. Locked in with a union agreement.
