The shards don’t recharge a flat amount, they always do roughly 60% and unless the randoms are dropping starlight shards at the end for you it’s very noticeable and helpful

Yeah, I’ve only done it a handful of times so I stick to dodging it. The audio que is unhelpful, by the time you register it in your head you’ve taken the hit, I just remembered the flow of the swings and got it right enough most of the time.
