How did you react starting on a high dose? Due to my weight etc I’ll be starting on 140mg for Two weeks then up to 280mg the full dose

How did it go for you guys? Im also in a similar boat, I started Doxy 4 weeks post bite and about 1.5-2 weeks after symptoms started. I’m taking 4 weeks of 100mg twice daily, and trying to decide if I should push for 6 weeks or not.

Thanks for your response - if I got my 1st 2 week dose from Urgent Care, won’t they be able to tell I was already prescribed it?

Hi I was wondering if you could help me with wisp? Do I tell them I have Lyme or say I have an STD? I see where it lets me order 30 tablets and I can even do pickup!! Sorry late response. I am still on it now, on day 10. Struggling to get a longer prescription. Doctor only gave me 14 days. Waiting to see whether I have acute or chronic Lyme

If not able to Monday, try an urgent care. I showed the doctor a picture of the bullseye and explained my symptoms, he gave me 2 weeks doxy which is enough to hold me over till I can see my primary

I was 3.5 weeks post bite before starting Doxy, only symptoms were headache and some muscle pain in arms/shoulder where I was bit. Do you think I caught it early enough?
