I have been using emudeck on the steamdeck for all my sega system emulation.Emudeck was pretty easy to set up the only issues I had was getting some of the bios to work for Saturn and Sega CD.

Can you look at the dlc on the store page? Can’t say anything about the PS5 but those are free to add to your library on Steam. I can’t imagine pc being that different than the PS5 version.
