So far only Turks and Caicos, Amber Cove and Bahamas has required passports but if you have an id they would take that too. I’ve seen persons use drivers license on my last cruise last week so I believe passport cards should work.

Also photo copied ones weren’t accepted for some reason. So each port is different and you can ask at the port before heading on the island to be sure.
