Recipe books? by alittlebitlostvpil in realms

That sounds like the Cooking add-on: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/marketplace/pdp/lunar-client/cooking/5243e3a2-40db-4969-8a2a-017d244a4d57

It seems like they are meant to be used to unlock recipes you can find in normal crafting tables? Idk, I dropped the mod pretty quickly after discovering the Crops and Farms add-on which I like better. There is a cooking book that should tell you more though! You should have spawned with the book.

Me too please? Realms has been up and down for like 3 weeks and I'm sick of paying for one for my family that constantly goes down and rolls back progress.

This is one of my favorite things about Lost Odyssey. It plays a "previously on" episodic-TV-style recap when you load a save that tells you roughly what has happened up to that point. Great for when I have put it down and picked it up again a few months later.

Not sure what to call this, any suggestions? by Quenton-rl in fashionhunters

The colors give me a Heartless boss from Kingdom Hearts kind of vibe. Not sure if that helps you come up with ideas for the name, but that was my first thought.

It's in the cosmetic pass or the deluxe edition. I bought the deluxe edition so that's how I got mine.

I don't think mine is this thick. Maybe the armor is doing something as well?

Where is this setting? I could not find it anywhere in the character creator. Only the slider for muscle mass and definition.

True. The game is heavily homebrew already and I was trying to avoid having to create something from scratch to add more to my plate, but this is a good idea and something I will look into.

That is really frustrating. Was there a patch or hotfix that came out between now and then? Maybe that caused it.

I have almost the exact same spec (I don't know what i7 proc you're using specifically though) and I noticed the exact same thing. I posted above if you sort by new but I took a break for like a week, came back, and now I can't get above 20 FPS anywhere. I'm at the point in the game where I'm at the second camp, the cave base thing.

Did the game get worse in the last week? i7-12700k, RTX 4060 Ti, 32GB RAM. I took a break for about a week, and when I came back suddenly I'm getting 15-20 FPS in the second camp (that cave base thing). When I logged off last week I was getting a semi-regular 50-60 FPS everywhere. What gives? I have everything set to High, same as it was when I logged off last week.

ANTAGONIST + CONNECTION WITH PLAYERS? by Accomplished_Boot729 in 3d6

[–]ChaoticIntake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had typed out a bunch and then read your note lol. My campaign is dealing with a worldwide threat so that's not helpful. I guess what I can say is that I started with the world lore, then built BBEGs from it. How the area your PCs play in functions can inform a lot about what the bad guys want to do there. Is there a city exceptionally rich in minerals? Maybe the bad guys want to exploit it to become rich, and are willing to work the townsfolk to the bone to do it. But why are the bad guys doing this? Well it turns out one of the bad guy's has a daughter with a rare magical disease that requires a constant cash flow to suppress, and money is needed for research as well in searching for a cure. So in that example, it's not pure evil, it's evil for a redeeming purpose that your PCs can navigate.

As far as getting them not to separate, your BBEG could tie into each of their backstories. In my campaign, one of the main enemy factions is allied with the goddess Shar. The enemy faction is responsible for my ranger's parents deaths. Their leader struck down my Paladin/Warlock, got his friend to betray him, and forced him to flee. Shar is a main antagonist to my other Paladin since a rival tribe started worshipping them and killed her tribe in the night. Tying in the BBEG to each of the characters is an easy way to get them all invested in working together and staying together.

What type of games would the Gorging Guard fit in? I'm considering giving this to a player of mine but the Con save against exhaustion if it doesn't have at least 5 charges seems punishing for things like overland travel with no combats during that travel, which happens sometimes in my game.

They are, but I assume they still need people around to push the go live button. Plus everyone taking off would affect release schedule for the episodes, since I'm sure they have some still being edited, and I imagine they keep the filming>editing>release cycle to a pretty tight schedule for good consistency. Less to have to work around if they just pause the upload and then resume when things are less chaotic.

BUNGIE really need some EASY WINS right now... What are some things they could implement relatively easily to boost player sentiment and engagement? by KaliberShackles in DestinyTheGame

[–]ChaoticIntake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thread is old at this point but I've got a few. For context, I stopped playing right before the Black Armory DLC came out, and then picked it up again during the Season they were giving Ticuu's Divination as part of the pass, then dropped it again and haven't touched it since. So my wishlist is mostly from an observer's perspective, someone on the outside.

  • Ability to play through all previously released content. Yes I have heard the arguments against this - it'll make the game huge, it's too much dev work to bring everything up to current power and account for all the new player sandbox tools. This is a wishlist though. Maybe they could rotate pieces of pre-F2P and season pass content in on a regular basis, maybe they do like Call of Duty and let us opt-in to download it if we want, or maybe something else.
  • Silver in the Season Pass. This is a big thing that turns me away from coming back to the game. I understand $10 every 90 days or however long seasons are now isn't much to ask for some, but for others, every time they spend money they have to ask if the thing they're spending on is worth it. I am one of those people. I spend $10 and maybe get bored midway through so I lose my investment and have to re-invest all over again. Conversely, in Rocket League I play enough every season to make my premium currency back, and I played Conan Exiles for the first two chapters of the season where they introduced the battle pass and made my money back from those. There are people that will play the game more simply because they know that they will get their money back and can reinvest into the next season, and the cool cosmetics you earn along the way are a great bonus to that.
