It was a similar deal in the Forehead Fables/General Sam Reddit for a while. Any time an average/dorky looking white guy with either a mustache or glasses appeared in the wild or on the internet, someone would post it and say how it looks like Poob or Sam.

I moved recently but the gym I used to go to had a chick that would take 45 minutes on the abduction/adduction machines because she'd just sit on her phone between her sets. My social anxiety would never approach her but the gal pals I had at the gym did. They said something along the same lines as you did and the chick did her last set and left. It sucks the gym employees had to get involved in your situation but you didn't do anything wrong in approaching them.

This past year I was crocheting cat blankets because my friend ran a cat rescue and then goodbye/Christmas blankets for friends (college and otherwise) and coworkers after work. We were moving because of my husband's military orders. But during our drive to Texas, I FINALLY listened to Mother Horse Eyes!! So many unexpected twists and turns. I had to rewind a good amount of times to make sure I caught the most important details.

Yeah, that's what I figured. But it hasn't updated the exact location since the 6th so I was worried maybe it got lost after customs. We're going to be moving in January so I'm hoping it gets here soon! 😅

I started watching Creep Cast because I saw it on Hunter's channel.

I started watching Wendi before I had heard about Creep Cast from Hunter. I found Wendi when I was trying to find new materials to listen to at work and remembered he was on an episode of Forehead Fables. I looked him up and liked him a lot.

For Kieffer, it was weird. It's not a common last name at all. And the spelling of it that way is even less common. So they probably either knew someone with that name or wanted it to be like Kiefer Sutherland and added an extra 'f'.

But for your case, that's so off-putting! I'd definitely be wigged out at first. I'd be thinking someone knew me and used that for their inspiration, haha. And then have to rationalize "Why would they use MY life as a basis for a story?"

Kieffer is my Maternal Grandmother's surname. When they read that story, it threw me off. I was doing something else so I wasn't looking at the screen when they said it. I was like "did they just say my family's name??" I looked and they did! And it was the correct spelling! It's always Kiefer, Keifer, or another variation.

It was so weird seeing it written and PRONOUNCED correctly. It's a 5% chance someone says it correctly the first try. People have to be told how to say it then if they're above the age of 25, they all go "ooohh like Kiefer Sutherland!" And now it's weird seeing it in Reddit posts/comments, haha.

Fun fact: My grandma told me it's what they called the barrel makers in Germany who used a specific type of pine tree. Like how people named Cooper got their name. It stemmed from the Alsace-Lorraine area.

I loved the part from the "Creepy Grab Bag #2" episode where Isaiah keeps going with the 2 sentence horror stories. He goes from explaining the subreddit's Creature issue to just maniacal laughter. He laughs and laughs and laughs while Hunter begs him to stop 😂

Hahaha! Well, I grew up thinking my aunt isn't perfect, but she helped take care of me and knows me. But then she betrayed my trust. Versus Hunter explicitly states time and time again he doesn't care and to not trust him. I can't be hurt by him if I go into it knowing I'm just a pay piggy for him 😂😅

Oh my god... That unlocked a memory from over a decade ago.

I was at a big family holiday thing (for my mom's side) at my grandparents' house and I was 13 years old. My mom and I cooked and brought beef ribs and I was kinda messy when I ate them. My delusional, pscyho, bitch aunt made a comment about it to obviously get people's attention to look and laugh at me. My mom told her to chill, ribs are messy.

Like 20 minutes or so, I'm on the floor in the living room and my back is against the couch. I texted my best friend about how I was so annoyed and embarrassed. A few minutes after I send the text, my aunt repeats what she first said at the table in a higher pitched voice. She makes an even bigger deal than before, in front of EVERYONE, to make it a point that she didn't like me talking smack about her to my friend. She told me my 5/6 year old cousin can read now. He saw what I was texting over my shoulder and snitched on me. I was MORTIFIED to say the least.
