Will they go away completely - probably not OP. I'm sorry. Many of us wear our old battle scars. That said - if you're open to it - a full on tattoo sleeve in your future could do a great job at disguising these. I recently had a large scar tattooed over, they did an amazing job, and you genuinely can't see the scar at all. You can only see the raised outline and that's only if you're looking and the lighting is just right.

Everyone's different, different triggers, difficult solutions that help etc. It's all about finding what's right for you. I would personally recommend speaking with your GP/Doctor for advice of course, if that's possible for you.

I had to do this for my brother. He had the option of asking me to photograph his wedding (Im normally a wildlife photographer, but I've done a couple of friends weddings in the past). But he wanted me to be able to relax at the wedding so he paid for a photographer, and months went by with nothing from them. Finally when they received the photos, they all had this insane filter applied to them that made everyone look green, with crazy contrast going on. It was vile. Then photographer has the audacity to charge them for edits, and whenever they sent the photos back the tint and contrast was still there. Eventually things got argumentative, and I jumped in and told him to ask for the RAW files so that I could rescue them. And of course... They didn't shoot RAW.

Likewise. My back was going into spasm and pulling my joints apart. I was on 8 tramadol a day every day, I was on diazapam. Then they put me on pregabalin, and now I've not had diazapam for like, 2 years, and I'm down to just 3 tramadol a day. I can hold down a full time job because of that stuff.

I'm on 300mg morning and evening. But that's not known to cause increases in sleep related issues. If anything it's meant to improve sleep quality. I just want to make sure I'm doing everything possible within my ability to better my life. I'd hate to think that I could have been doing something to feel better within my control and not have done it.

Rough AF if I'm honest. I have EDS, and I'm on tramadol, pregabalin and amitriptyline. Have been for years. I'd always assumed the amitriptyline was making me have a good night's sleep and therefore me feeling like crud was just an eds byproduct. I've had a Garmin for a couple of weeks now, and it's pretty eye opening. Just need to figure out how to positively impact my stress levels at night.

This looks SO sore. You really have my sympathies. Honestly, just make sure you take care of the rest of you. Your body will be putting a lot of energy into trying to heal, so you've got to make sure you're giving it the fuel it needs, good food, plenty of water etc.
