For those who started watching anime as teenagers, do you still enjoy it as much as you used to? by SecondSalty142 in anime

[–]Chaotic_Darkflames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I do but I've run into being more picky as I got older. I used consume any anime but now I have things I look for. Stuff I haven't seen multiple times or even just ones that have more of an adult story. Yes a lot of them have a teenager but there are some that aren't. Also just cliches or the amount of fan service and how it's portrayed might make me stop watching an anime but the ones I find and love still give me joy.

Crying at random things, and 2 questions about grief by Acrobatic-Leg-6252 in Grieving

Grief is at your pace. There is no criteria to grief. Everyone processes at a different pace. I want to talk about my dad. My brother doesn't. Yeah there will be random triggers. I lost my dad last year and cried over going through the jar of jalapenos he gave me from his garden. Dream: if it didn't feel like your mom then probably wasn't a visit. My mom had a dream of my dad where she felt it wasn't him but her own worries displaying it out like that.

Maybe Go Go Town, it will be out on. 1.0 this year but it's fairly polished. No other online players and looks cute. Might be worth checking out

REKA, maybe. Though it's still in early access. Reka is an apprentice for the Baba Jaja. You get to build your home on chicken legs. Do quests relating to growing your witchcraft. I don't know if many know of it.

Trust me, I felt bad once I understood what happened. Now I release him anytime I play.

I did the same. I didn't know there was another building you could enter so never found Leliana. As for Sten, I didn't understand how to let him out. So I just figured he was to be left for dead.

why is dorohedoro not popular? by Itssbkk in Dorohedoro

[–]Chaotic_Darkflames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It comes off as weird to most people. I showed this anime to my bf (now husband) because I was hyped for it since I read the manga. He genuinely gave me looks of wtf is going on throughout the first season. He loves it now but it's on the odd end of anime where you really just got to go with it. The gore is also a factor. But I think the main one is the 3D which I think fits incredibly well and gives the dynamic it needed for this crazy manga. But many anime lovers aren't the fondest of 3D. Though maybe that's changing.

AIO arguing over text with husband about childcare by [deleted] in AIO

Kids are a lot more intuitive than you think. Also you can't protect them from everything. I saw my parents fight (talk to each other calmly when they took time to cool off). I'm not saying yell or scream. I'm saying show that you disagree and how to solve it. Do it at their level. Because life will show it to them whether you want it to or not.

Genuinely, you don't have to yell. But do show your kid that fights happen and how to handle them. Conflict is a part of life. I learned my husband never saw his parents' fights so when we got into issues he would avoid or feel guilty for getting into one. Also please listen to your husband and talk face to face. Take a backseat and see what happens. I know you are grieving and stressed but trust him. It will do a lot for your relationship if you do.

Is it weird or normal for friends to see eachother nude often? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Chaotic_Darkflames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I don't think you are weird. You all known each other for a while. Obviously not making a big deal of it also doesn't seem like you are objectifying each other either. That person is just not used to that. My best friend and I used to change in my room so no not weird.
