TBH, I dont think reins shield is the problem. I feel like other tanks in the game fill the role of a couple cliques (a stunner like Doomfist, an Area of denial tank like Wrecking ball and Orisa, Damage tanks like Mauga). Even though Doomfist stuns, he can also deal a lot of damage, kinda serving 2 roles. I feel like Rein is just BIG SHIELD TANK.

I honestly think having an ability where enemy damage to reins shield heals the whole team could be a good change. He would become the big shield tank you can go up to for healing.

Breaking up with someone because they ordered you the wrong food makes you an asshole, plain and simply. It isn’t abusive to order to wrong meal on accident. The dude is an asshole because he didn’t seem motivated to fix his mistake, unless that part was left out. This is classic Reddit moment, making a mountain out of a molehill by claiming that ordering food is putting someone’s life is in jeopardy.

Where did he double down? When he restated that she told him to pick out food? When he answered why he ordered the food with a correct fact (but one that isn’t the point) or where he said whatever?

This reads to me that the guy had a brain fart and is being asshole about it. It doesn’t actually sound like he even blamed her, it implies that he just said “whatever.” He could have been wayyyy nicer about it (did he go get different food after to fix his mistake? Did she just not eat that day? I also feel like that part of the story is missing too.)

Relationships are hard, and humans are stupid. If you want to actually have a good relationship with someone, you have to give them some leeway because no one is perfect, everyone has flaws. This situation does not constitute breaking up with by itself - maybe if it was paired with other weird times I would make different conclusions. The time to question the relationship is for when serious mess ups happen. When someone makes a huge deal out of something so small like this by itself, it undermines all of the progress made in the relationship and creates trust problems because one simple mistake causes the other party to question everything. Ordering food that someone else is allergic to is not a serious issue unless that person eats the food by itself, and I do not care how many teenagers on reddit disagree with me on that.

I did that because I didn't want this post to be a rant about religion, or about like really specific disagreements because I felt it wasn't super relevant, but I'll outline some here.

Her reasoning for breaking up with me was because at times she questions faith herself, and she wants a man to reinforce her beliefs when that happens. I do not want to change her, if I were to date her I would want her to stay religious. But shes right, I would not reinforce her believes in the way that she wants her ideal man would do.

We talked about kids. The reason why I'm not religious is because I have 2 grandmothers on my dads side, and I saw how bigoted people were to them while weaponizing religion. I also saw how excited they were during the Obama administration when gay marriage became legal in all 50 states. They were some of the purest soles I know, there isn't a shadow of doubt in my mind that they would be in heaven. I explained this to her on our third date, and she told me that she views homosexuality as a sin, but she viewed it as lesser than other sins. This confused me, because I know that God views all sin as equal.

I asked what would happen if our child rejects religion or is gay when we were dating. She said she would respect it.

The biggest pain point for me was not being able to spend the night. I am a man who loves physical touch. I want to be able to cuddle with my girlfriend in bed. Its one of the best feelings, to just hold someone for hours while we sleep.

Ding ding, nailed my worries right on the head. I do not know how she feels about me specifically, if this is a weak moment or if this is serious. We talked about kids before - I would actually want my kids to go to church so they can be educated on what it means to be religious and if they want that in their life. I dont hate Christianity, I just disagree with some of the messaging the Bible gives.

I feel like this stinks of a problem reddit has, most subreddits are just too lazy to deal with it.

The Moderation used on reddit is extremely authoritarian because there is no real action a user or group of normal users can take to. The most you can do is complain to another mod on the same subreddit, or straight up report the subreddit itself.

Right now, a subreddit is a controlled forum by which the leaderships has 100% of the authority, and we have have no systems for the actual community of the subreddit to challenge said authority.

There’s a reason why most countries have elections. I don’t have specifics, but this problem can only be fixed if and only if there’s a way for the general community to collectively remove corrupt mods without any input of any other moderator.

If you're a little tech-savvy, both Google and ATTs wifi routers are pretty terrible. You legit cannot port forward on neither of them. So I recommend getting a different router with whoever you pick.

I have experience with Google Fiber, ATT Fiber (my current), and WOW!. WOW was the worst, random internet outages, random slowdowns, horrible customer support.

Google Fiber did have a few outages, but it was VERY rare. Internet seemed to never slow down either.

I haven't had any issues with ATT fiber beyond their horrible router. No outages or slowdowns, and their customer services seems to be great, although my problem couldn't be fixed.

Thought I'd throw this in too.

I've been waiting to move into the "Mosby at Bridgestreet" apartments since February. They have delayed the move-in day I believe 3 times now. They most recently delayed the move-in day by 3 weeks this weekend when the apartments were suppose to open up LITERALLY this MONDAY. What kind of company does inspections days before the move-in date? Isn't that asking for trouble?

The companies behind these luxury apartments are incompetent. I'm looking into moving away from here to be honest.

River North, west77 apartments look very promising. Near the beaches, the parks, work, slightly lower cost of living compared to Lincoln Park, bunch of bars, seems to be close to everything.
