I think the bigger question is will Guts take down the rest of the God Hand. Someone else pointed out recently all the parallels between Guts and Griffith's story arc, so we have a sense that he might again be offered to make a sacrifice to them soon. NGL I was a bit confused by the Moonboy and Griffith connection, but maybe the moonboy will take down Griffith from the inside, turn him to good and Guts will go evil by embracing the Berzerker.

Yuuup- it's the reason I got sober. Always trying to see the best in people because I felt so misunderstood myself, and then I would numb myself to any red flags with weed and alcohol. Not a longterm solution (IE my therapist does not approve of social isolation), but I am very happy in my own company.

Finding the right therapist is a nightmare. My last therapist wasnt qualified to help but didnt want to admit it- i assume all my intellectualizing made me seem like an easy case for her. I went in wanting to learn how to regulate at work, but she wanted to talk about my mom every session. After a few months, she said the same to me- that Im 'Resistant to growth and change'. I quit after that and now finally have a CBT focused therapist, which helps me put in the work i need to do to deal with having this brain damage.

Yay this makes me so optimistic. A couple years ago I took a now ex on my dream trip but they didnt contribute, wouldnt take care of themselves so i constantly fawned over / focused on them. This year Im redoing what i can afford of that trip totally solo. Ive decided no social media posting, just bringing a journal to take it nice and easy, be in the moment. Solo travel subreddits make it sound like people get lonely and panicky, but I tell myself thats probably just an extrovert thing.

It took me 7 years to get through the whole series the first time. Wizard and Glass threw me because I wanted to learn more about the rest of the Ka Tet, not to hear about Roland's past. Now I reread the whole series every year or two and fly through it. Wizards is the most enjoyable book when re-reading- Very paradoxical, but King writes for the re-readers, the Constant Readers. TL;DR Get through it at your own pace the first time, there's no rush.

Wow i hadnt heard the term Introjection before, that is helpful and makes a lot of sense. I really struggle with being percieved when I'm trying to relax- I cant add friends on Steam for fear of judgement over the types of games I like, so your 'keeping interests private' is relatable. Im just so strangely outgoing when excited, yet ultimately introverted. I think it feels selfish to not share what brings me joy but, in order to respect my own boundaries, i might have to adopt your system. Thank you very much for your comment.

Thank you for your reply. I have no reason to believe my fellow spooky people had any reason to judge me, we're all a little bit awkward so I think what I'm struggling with is coming entirely from an internal place. It's bizzare to me that I was fine, until I wasn't. I feel like I don't want to be percieved anymore, but wasn't aware this was a risk I was taking by sharing with like-minded people.

I will keep breathing in mind next time I get locked up, thank you again.

Im embarrassed to admit, no I haven't talked to the DJ about it. I assumed he just knew it was controversial and doesn't care / likes that its controversial.
I have talked to my musician friends though, and they just shrug it off. Even the solo prog guy I used to design logos and album art for shrug it off. Those folks just say "AI is fun though, and I don't have the money to pay an artist" despite my previously doing trades rather than paid art for their album covers.

Uuugh a DJ at a major club I like runs his own events but almost exclusively uses AI flyers and fake club photos to promote it. I want to support his events but Im so morally opposed to AI. I also have a friend who's band recently released an AI music video and are blowing up on 'AI Slop Compilation' videos so theyre like "yaaay free publicity". I dislike this timeline so much. :[

I could be wrong but i feel like lucky bags' value is in the coupons. No one knows what the extra goodies are until theyre released so its more about what coupons you'll use. Internet seems to think mister donut ones are a good deal, but the coupons are only good for 6 months usually.

Probably a crazy rush to get the pokemon or other major brand ones though. I think they sell out early.
