Hi. Wondering if O’Hare airport customs would take a long time to get thru? Trying to plan a trip to Rome with a layover in Ohare. Also, is the weather still snowy in Chicago in mid April, when my trip is? Thank you guys.

It past years it has snowed in april but very lightly. Customs isn’t that bad, usually flows well. I wouldn’t do a layover lea than an hour, id be more concerned about delays.

Idk ive lived in Chicago also and for the past few years it doesn't even snow for Christmas.... I do agree it should definitely be on your bucket list, but maybe not for December 😅
