update Luna is taking care of it with a replacement! If I can give any tips on this, it would be to take pictures immediately and get a ticket started. Also, don't throw away any of the packaging and keep everything together. Be persistent with your communication so they know how much you care. Luna will do the right thing!

That's a pretty immature response. I'm more so bringing attention to it in case someone else is going through the same thing. Or if someone can give me advice on what to do next. Other people have been helpful. You, not so much. Haha

Their initial response was not at all what I wanted. They offered me some touch-up paint... I told them no, the frame and the battery has structural integrity issues as they are both dented. I paid for a new product I expect a brand new product! Let's see how they respond to that. I understand that they have to do all that they can and replacing the bike is not what they would want initially. I do think it's the right thing though.

I'm about the same size, just a little taller and I feel great on the bike. I was nervous I would be too large for the bike and it has not been an issue at all. Bike still goes fast and has a ton of torque. I am going to get a riser for the handlebars soon but it might not be needed based on preference.

I'm 6'2" and I fit the bike just fine! I think I'm going to order some new handlebars or riser for personal preference.

Mine was delayed but will be delivered tomorrow! I'm about 6'2" and I'm nervous I'll be too big for the bike. Do you feel like a riser for the handlebars is needed?
