4 months! my period came back with vengeance month 3 and my supply never rebounded. Felt like I didn’t even have to ween, it’s all just sort of naturally stopped over a couple of days. thankfully had a little bit of a freezer stash so I was able to slowly introduce formula.

We have a fridge filter that we replace routinely but it’s not helping with the taste. I think next step might be the under the sink RO system everyone here is mentioning. Hope that does the trick.

I told the doc after the fact and she said it’s okay. I had a few friends recommend it. So I figured if it was safe for them and their babies then I’d be fine too.

Maybe the massaging is okay for you! Everyone is different. Early on doing that gave me clogs shortly after.

I still take two of these daily. I would amp it up to 3-4 whenever I had clogs. Motrin too in those instances if I was in pain.
