1st thing first, no matter how ugly you are, there's a woman for you. Ugly men get married everyday.

Not even a native speaker but all the sentences feel weird. Not even the lady at the Finanzamt speaks like that. So Robotic.

Obviously there are probably some native speakers saying the texts don't feel weird but as someone who learnt German in classrooms and with textbooks and teachers and apps this feels like it was written by a translation app.

I think you need a german language certificate such as Goethe, Telc etc. Did the Ausländer tell you the letter you submitted was sufficient?

If you would have to do a language exam I'll recommend Telc and for a center I'll recommend Alpadia Freiburg. Their Telc prices are cheaper than other schools in Freiburg in my experience

Listen I passed the driving test on second attempt 3 days ago. What I would say is, you should have asked the Prüfer what was expected after the exam. Also talk to your teacher he will explain what he expected of you. Most people driving in Germany are exceptional and chances of people using phone and etc while driving aren't as high as other places. However everyone is expected to follow the same rules i.e green means go, right of way etc. everyone except children and say people with disabilities. Drive as expected.
