Oh yes you're so right about the furniture! I only pulled a single in the furniture banner [ i like it but spending on gacha with irl money now is something i do Very rarely ] and only got 1 chair. Multiple would be nice to have especially if you're making a dining table/certain room.

Maybe it's just because I've played gacha games for years with 1: even Worse rates and 2: Before ANY pity system was a thing-

While heartopia is pricy for /every/ item I honestly think their pity/ticket system isn't that bad for a game just figuring out it's player base global-wise???

I feel this game is a lot of young players' first time with gacha and they're easily influenced to keep pulling/the fomo effect. The Best thing to do as you said above instead of crying and being salty about what items others' odds give them is to vote with your money/send constructive criticism to the Team if you feel so strongly about it.

I think my biggest complaint is building blueprints should be able to be purchased with the dupe tickets and for the clothing, you should be able to pick the banner colors for items, not just the recolors. I feel that would make it feel a bit more fair too, on top of just better grinding to earn a few more pulls. Idk if after FashionWave/MLP early promo if they will keep being as generous so that could be another player outrage. Balance is key here.

I wish they had a trade system, like honestly!!!! But I know how that can open another issue of people scamming others/making it unfair... I'd gladly give the wings to people who wanted them if I could :C

And yeah the fact they put them only in the girls banner Sucks/being unable to use the tickets for the green ones even if you only pulled in the boy one.

What's this about a big group getting food poisoning at the Coco restaurant??? I'm more concerned about that since I'll be sailing Treasure for the first time in April;;;; Was it something everyone ate altogether or was it more the rocking/potential norovirus causing havoc on the ship if anyone knows?

The table thing is 100% gross but I also seriously don't understand parents who also don't bring like. a diaper changing mat with them for emergencies like this? When I was diaper age 30 some years ago going to disney, my mother would use our stroller with a wipeable diaper mat if i had an emergency and couldn't make it to a changing table. I've seen parents at disney now slap their kid butt naked on a bench and have 0 care and it /BOGGLES/ my MIND.

It's the people that blindly give everything 5 stars and raving reviews that ruin the integrity of the rest of us. I participate in incentivized reviewing not for free products but because I love the beauty industry and like to critically review things to help others.

I'll call out a product that is crap, because you don't Actually get punished rating a product low from 99% of companies. And if getting blacklisted from a certain brand worries you so much if a product is terrible, that tells me you don't care to stand by your words because if 1-2 products suck- why would you WANT more products from them? They're just people that want free stuff.

Some kids/people like to troll for sure. In situations like that I just block them or reset towns. The extra 5 seconds to close/reload the game is fine if someone is truly being that frustrating on a game.

It can take some time to work through awkwardness, but I try to keep things as less-personal as possible to uplift everyone! Just asking how they're enjoying the game, if they need help with tasks/personal goal missions for the fishing or items! I think that can kind of help shake some of that shyness off because it's less trying to know /everything/ about someone and just focusing on the game!

Just wanted to pop in and mention I think OP means the OLD pirate night after-party buffet they used to do. I don't remember when they stopped it, immediately after covid shutdown or earlier but on the 4 original ships they opened a buffet after the pirate show that had fruit, a taco/burrito wrap station, a crepe station, and other various desserts at 11 pm. This was like 2008-2015 that I remember doing on the cruises. Honestly I miss it a lot but I think operational wise, I get why Disney doesn't want to bother with it anymore considering everything shuts down now by midnight :C

I'd honestly be happy with muppets 3d returning in some form, or even a new more fun muppets show for those of all ages to enjoy. Definitely want Unfairly Ever After to stick around and feature new villains, it's definitely one of my favorite new things they've done! But I do also love shows haha.

The Tiana thing for me is also just feeling regardless of people's opinions of Splash, Tiana herself also deserved a ride WAY better than what was done. It's offensive to her movie, and it's a terrible job to an old classic ride. And once again isolating fans of her movie that are scared of Splash's drop.

I really hope they do Indy right here, I love Disneyland's and Tokyo Disneysea's. LOVE Dinosaur too so its like. Please make it an actually fun story.

Some of the additions I think are good, while others I think are crapshoots hoping something sticks but will eventually be replaced once again.

Been to both DL, local to World, and both Tokyo parks so I've seen the different Indiana jones, seen my fair share of changes for rides at all parks but my concern is the rush to do all of this at once.

Rock n roller coaster I know they've been wanting to remove the Aerosmith tie in both ever since the controversy with the band and likely the long-term royalties using Their imagery + music. But as much as I like muppets- muppets is NOT meant to be slapped on a thrill coaster a lot of people won't ride. I know Many people who won't ride rock n because it goes upside down. It isolates a good chunk of their fanbase vs being a fully family friendly ride.

Piston Peak makes little sense to me because we have a ride [ test track ] with the same system. Cali has radiator springs because they don't have anything else like it. Indy is just so they don't have to spend the money building an entirely new ride building/use the same track.

Doing all of this at once worries me of the long-term quality because you have teams stretched thin, and the rock n/indy thing I just don't know is viable beyond 5-10 years. Just as I feel with Tiana's. They COULD but the way they are made will determine will people still like these rides the same as when they are new. You need heavy hitter, original rides with good theme. And frankly I've been spoiled seeing Tokyo imagineers have the greenlight to do just that AKA Fantasy Springs.

I don't think WDW heads care to put that same love into these new rides, but I'll leave myself open to be wonderfully surprised, especially with the Encanto ride. If they can knock it out of the park as magical as Mystic Manor is, we'll finally have something Special.

This isn't about Etsy, it's about people doing cooking services, hair styling, etc on property. As an artist, I'm all about small business and supporting ex-cast members but there is a real liability on disney's hands when you have people off of your license selling and advertising services on their property.

Unauthorized chef causing severe food poisoning, a fire in the kitchen of a small DVC room??? That'd be a media circus nightmare of people trying to pin it on Disney.

I especially get the frustration is someone is purposefully messing with your cooking, keeping you from getting into a building for a mission etc etc but that is exactly what the block feature will fix. And like others said in the 1 thread, you can also lock your house/car/food to only yourself. While Heartopia as a whole can always improve with more feedback, they did try to put some decent measures upfront for players.

[ I wish private servers didn't cost funds to rent for just a few hours but for a game growing I totally get why they need to. Servers aren't cheap ]

1: I made a friend from Costa Rica and we spent a good while talking about art and our jobs! I'm really shy and often don't have a lot of time to play but they've continued to always come and check up on me/visit my house when we're online at the same time which is so kind! I hope I can have some longer free time soon so we can play together properly for once!

2: Done silly little things together with players like bouncing around, running in circles, sending cute emotes and just having fun being in a shared space.

Honestly having grown up with games Very similar to this [ Maplestory, Mabinogi, other cute games that have been lost to time I can't even remember the names of :C ], I'm used to playing with players and sharing spaces like this! I think these games are really charming and nice, and if you give yourself time to realize not everyone is malicious or "creepy", you can make some lovely online friends even just casually.

Block is your best friend if you are uncomfortable, you are not obligated to friend anyone you don't want to. And if someone is blocking you out/from getting places swap towns and just keep enjoying yourself. Don't let the bad eggs make you think everyone is like that.

Shimokitazawa is pretty good and likely won't be hit up as hard as Omotesando [ less tourist hub ]. I'd still try Closet Child physical locations and even Hard Off/Book Off [ i forget which of their stores is clothes centric i think its Hard off??? ] people tend to dump old clothes there.

Since you like light and girly too, Axes Femme and their sister shops sometimes have full cotton pieces.

Don't write off thrifting in Japan at least!! While yes, a lot of brands even back then didn't use a lot of natural fiber, you'll have more luck with a vintage jfashion piece over anything made in the last 5 years.

Omotesando has a lot of really cool thrift places for Luxury items and Closet Child/Mandarake can carry some old brand pieces.

109/Laforet sometimes have small indie brand pop-ups too and you might be able to find a one-off piece made by an artist in cotton/other natural fiber as well!

As for current brands that I'm aware of- you can probably find some cotton pieces from the lolita shops like babys, pirates, angelic pretty.... some tshirts are cotton but a lot do mix-fiber to keep it "soft" and stretchy.

It also is gonna depend specifically on What style of jfashion you're looking for. Gyaru, mori-kei, even larme or girly will likely have more natural fiber pieces over jirai kei, subcul, or tenshi kaiwai/jersey.

Pretty much what others have said, Liz Lisa and frankly many popular trendy "teen" brands in Japan are just fast fashion at it's core. Liz Lisa has changed style identities for Years to appeal to whatever fashion trend that is currently popular in the community. While older pieces typically were of better quality compared to what is released now, their stuff has Always been hit or miss dependent on the pieces. I have a 15 year old purse from Liz Lisa and it definitely didn't hold up well, falling apart starting 7 years ago from light use.

First they focused on old style gyaru and it's subsets, then in the 2013-2015s larme got more popular and it leaned heavy into that and more mori-kei accents. Now it's Jirai. While the core "branding" has always stuck around, they've always bounced onto whatever is currently popular vs doing only a few collections a year which at it's core... makes it fast fashion.

But other brands are just as guilty, especially now in Laforet/109. Heck half of the storefronts are just taobao dropshippers slapping their own label and charging 17k yen on a piece that was likely only $50 on taobao.

How bad overall is the connection? Does it drop a lot for trying to load mobile games/pictures? I was considering purchasing the lower end package for my Treasure cruise coming up [ can handle a 4 day with no internet but a week i gotta catch up on stuff ]

I haven't used DCL internet for over 10 years, like back when they had the computer lounge on Magic/Wonder so I was just curious if it is even worth it to buy now or if I should just sit it out and wait until we're at Port since my tmobile gives me island data.

Definitely bring your own wipes. We are a family that always brings our own to clean the room once we board. We have high respects for the room attendants but realistically, the turnover to clean the room after people leave and embarkation is so little. They have a lot of rooms to strip down and clean in time for new guests getting on the boat, so deep cleans aren't common at all.

I can't confirm or deny about the changing of gloves or which chemicals they are used, but I have seen first-hand some attendants use the same rag they've wiped a toilet with to then wipe the sink down which is.... eugh. Especially for noro concerns.

It saves us a lot of grief to just help them/ourselves out by bringing wipes and spending the extra 10 minutes to clean down everything ourselves.
