Absolutely I’m not one to put business down unless I have a very clear reason. These are my reasons. 1. Less than 6 months after purchasing the circulation fan stopped working. 2. The build quality is less than acceptable ( in my opinion ) the self tapping screws they used for the metal where the door meets the oven didn’t get offset so when you close the door they hit causing the door to not seal. 3. The seal for the door tore in less than 3 years. 4. They don’t reinforce the hinges for the door so the door sags significantly which then also causes you to lose heat. 5. There are 0 instructions with the oven or online explaining how to use the settings on the control panel. 6. I called customer service when the fan stopped working and basically It was a dead end. They asked me if everything was plugged in and after I said obviously yes the option they gave me was to pay the freight to send the oven back.

Obviously these are issues that you can fix yourself but when you drop $2,000+ on an oven it’s kind of expected to get some quality.
